Terms of Service

1. The parties and the service

The contracting party is Zero2Sales LLC (“Zero2Sales”, “we”, “us”). These Terms apply to the Zero2Sales website and application (the “Service”). If you create an account or use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company. “Customer” means you or that company.

Zero2Sales is a B2B sales automation service. It helps a Customer describe what it sells, explore Market Potential, define Business Islands, configure Sales Pipelines and a Daily Sales Budget, gather organisation and buyer intelligence, connect a Sales Agent mailbox, run outreach and handle responses, and fund work through prepaid credit. The Service provides sales effort and capability. It does not guarantee a volume of leads, emails, meetings, opportunities, revenue, or sales.

2. Accounts, organisation, and mailbox

The Customer is responsible for its organisation, users, configuration, offer description, approved sales approach, and connected mailbox. The Customer must keep credentials confidential and use a mailbox it is authorised to connect. Zero2Sales is not responsible for the Customer’s product claims, targeting choices, or the content of messages the Customer approves or sends.

3. Lawful use and prohibited outreach

The Customer must use the Service only for lawful B2B sales and related professional communications. The Customer must not use Zero2Sales for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited outreach, including spam, fraud, impersonation, or attempts to evade suppression, eligibility, or safety controls.

4. Holds, blocks, and operational limits

Zero2Sales may HOLD, delay, or block outreach or other activity for compliance, suppression, mailbox, eligibility, safety, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. A HOLD is not a warranty that other activity is permitted. We do not offer a service-level agreement in these Terms. The Service is provided as available.

5. Funding and prepaid credit

Prepaid credit balances are used to pay for Zero2Sales services according to the applicable product, quote, or order presented in the Service. Payment cards are processed by our payment provider. Zero2Sales does not store card numbers. These Terms do not create a VAT invoicing facility, a self-serve refund mechanism, or any credit beyond what the Service actually provides.

6. Intellectual property

Zero2Sales LLC retains ownership of its software, models, designs, documentation, and the Zero2Sales platform. The Customer retains rights in content it supplies (such as offer text, approved messaging, and mailbox content it owns), and grants Zero2Sales a non-exclusive licence to use that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Independently discovered organisation and professional B2B intelligence remains part of the Zero2Sales platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

Zero2Sales may suspend or terminate an account or the Service for abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms. The Customer may stop using the Service and close its account by contacting us. Closed-account handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Zero2Sales does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free intelligence, deliverability of email, or any commercial outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero2Sales LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Zero2Sales LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts the Customer paid to Zero2Sales LLC for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal and organisation information is described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy requests: privacy@zero2sales.biz.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version identifier shown above is the current published version. New registrations must accept the current Terms. We will not invent a public street address in these Terms; none is published yet.
